Rainforest Yoga

Practice yoga in a tropical conservatory filled with free-flying butterflies. Adults only, children age 13 and older may attend with an adult.

Pickling & Fermenting Class

Vinyasa Yoga with Singing Bowls

Stroke and Dive Technique Clinic

The Polar Plunge

Support the American Cancer Society by plunging into icy cold water, either as an individual or as part of a group. Reservations required.

Getaway 5K

Enjoy family-friendly activities before and during the races. A beach-themed post-race celebration includes vendors, music, food, and play area for kids. Participants receive an event shirt and finishers received a finisher's medal. $45 for 10K, $35 for 5K, $20 for 1-mi walk, $15 for Kids Fun Run.
