DRY Ingredients

WET Ingredients

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Combine all the wet ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Stir until just incorporated.

Spray donut pan with coconut oil spray.

Pour batter into a large zipper storage bag. Cut off corner of the bag to use as a piping bag. Pipe batter into the donut pan.

Bake donuts for 13 to 17 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out dry.

Wait 3 to 5 minutes before taking the donuts out of the donut pan.

If using cinnamon-sugar coating, combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Lightly spray the tops of the donuts with coconut oil spray. While hot, toss donuts in cinnamon sugar mixture to coat.
