Win a Trip to Frisco’s BBQ Challenge

Kids can be dad's hero by entering for a chance to win a two-night trip to the Frisco BBQ Challenge.

Each Father’s Day weekend, Frisco, Colorado fires up the coals and hosts the Frisco BBQ challenge, a roundup of grill masters, live music and family entertainment. This year, kids have the chance to win a trip for dad and the family to attend the challenge weekend by entering the Colorado BBQ Challenge Father’s Day Essay Contest.

Interested kids (up to 16 years old) may enter the contest by writing an essay of no more than 600 words that describes what your dad means to you and why he deserves a weekend at the Frisco BBQ Challenge. The winner will receive lodging for two nights, June 17 and 18 in a 2-bedroom condo courtesy of Mountain Managers, $100 worth of Hogbacks (the official currency of the Colorado Barbecue Challenge), two tickets to Friday night’s Rub It, Smoke It, Sip It, Whiskey Tour courtesy of the Breckenridge Distillery and some great Frisco BBQ shwag. Contest entry deadline is midnight on May 6, 2016. Visit friscobbq.com for more event and contest details.
