Age 10 and under (and pets) are invited to trick or treat the streets of Belmar, visiting shops and restaurants. $5 donation for The Animal Tranquility Project at Foothills Animal Shelter is appreciated.     Howl-O-Ween

    Oct. 20-21, 3-7pm

    Wear your spookiest (or silliest) costume for tricks and treats stopping at historic buildings in the 8-acre outdoor museum. Try your hand at Halloween carnival games, check out the not-so-scary haunted house, and participate in the costume contest.
