Explore the past at the 1840 Rendezvous & Spanish Colonial Art Market. Historic interpreters will show guests day-to-day skills from the era such as horse and mule packing, beadwork, blacksmithing, moccasin-making, arrow-making, and wool processing. Authentic Spanish Colonial artists demonstrate and sell their creations, including retablos, santos, jewelry, wheat applique, metalwork, weaving, and furniture. Additional activities include demonstrations with Hawkquest, storytelling, live music, and performances.
