Join Off The Mat Colorado, a yoga community that works in the service of others, for their monthly breakfast provision at Urban Peak youth shelter, which provides full services for youth experiencing homelessness or those who are at risk. Sign up to bring a meal item and join the group to prepare a nourishing meal. Food items will be listed in the order of greatest need.
