Need to renew your knowledge about childbirth? Find answers to your questions about anatomy, physiology, mindfulness, movement, road bumps during labor and what to do about them. Walk away with reduced fear and anxiety, and a greater sense of connection and empowerment. Socially distanced small groups will meet in the Queen City Birthwork office. All classes have the option to move online if necessary.
