The Greater Park Hill Community Inc. holds a Free Farm Stand on Mondays from June through October. The farm stand is open to everyone, not just residents or pantry clients. Take some produce, or bring some extras from your own garden. Each week the stand receives food from Denver Food Rescue, Dahlia Campus Farms and Gardens, and neighbors. The goal is to ensure this fresh food is used by neighbors, rather than ending up as waste. When they receive food that is overripe, they compost the food with the City or donate to Project: THRIVE!, a local animal rescue.
