$5 donation suggested, free to Indigenous community members

Spirit of the Sun is hosting Indigenous Youth Arts and Culture Virtual Beading Workshops with host artist, Nick Ohitika Najin. Nick is a member of the Cheyenne River Lakota Nation of South Dakota and is an extremely talented quill-worker, beadworker, and seamster. He is beyond excited to work with Spirit of the Sun and offer these workshops to youth via Zoom to keep this culture alive. Registration is open to the first 25 participants who sign up.

This event is open to the indigenous and native youth in the Denver metro area and surrounding communities. Youth allies (24 and younger) are invited to attend, however are asked to contribute a $5 donation to go towards the cost of the arts and crafts kits.
