Celebrate New Year’s Eve with ice skating, visiting the Hershey Kiss booth, and taking pictures on the selfie wall. At noon, a celebratory balloon drop and balloon pop with prizes will take place. Kids will celebrate with a sparkling apple cider toast, a DJ, and party favors.
