This Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, get an introduction to the cuisine of Burma. Chef Zin Zin Htun from Zin Zin’s Burmese Cooking will discuss the delicate balance of sweet, salty, spicy, and sour flavors from her home country’s dishes and will demonstrate several recipes.
