484-905-1230

Galvanize
1644 Platte St.
Denver, CO 80202

Turn on your investigative thinking hats to learn more about drinking water and what’s in it. This workshop uses a combination of a water quality dataset and an online map-making tool to investigate where a fictitious source of groundwater pollution (based on real world data) may be originating. Students will learn about water quality issues, how to measure water quality, and how geospatial information can be used to solve problems involving water resources. Geared to girls ages 11-14. Registration is required.
