Breakfast in Bed Ideas

Breakfast in bed is a common staple in many rom coms or family movies as a way of surprising their loved ones in the morning with a great meal in bed. After all, breakfast is considered by many as the most important meal of the day. Whether it’s a special occasion like Valentines Day or you just want to surprise your loved ones and start their day off with a smile! There are so many things you can do but here are some great and simple ideas that you can do tomorrow morning!


Pancakes and Waffle

This is simple and gives you room to get creative! Take your mix to the next level by adding fruits, chocolate, and even nuts! You can get even more creative with a variety of different syrup options as well as honey and jams! If you really want to go above and beyond, make a sample platter of mini pancakes or waffles in different flavors along with an assortment of different syrups or jams so that they can mix and match and enjoy a variety of different flavor pairings. 



Yes, this sounds very simple and not thoughtful at all. In reality, cereal is a very popular breakfast food and simply waking up to a bowl in front of you can bring a smile to anyone’s face, even if it’s a little one. Bring them a bowl of their favorite cereal along with some bacon and oatmeal. You can also mix and match different flavors or use different types of milk!



There isn’t a fresher start to the day than a nice bowl of someone’s favorite assorted fruits. Give your loved ones the nutrients and natural sugars to give them an energetic start to their day! It’s quick, easy, and doesn’t require any cooking. This is an easy thing to help kids with if they wanted to help prepare breakfast in bed for their mom or dad! 



Omelets are very customizable. You can be as plain or creative as you want by adding different cheeses, vegetables, and proteins! It’s a great breakfast food that is filling and gives your loved one the energy to take on the day! 

There are a plethora of other things out there that make for a great breakfast. Just remember, they will be eating in bed so food that leaves lots of crumbs or makes a huge mess might not be the best idea! Whatever it is, make sure you make it with lots of love and your loved ones will be sure to start their day off with a huge smile!
