How to Make Dragon Eggs
Enter the dragon’s lair to uncover these colorful dragon eggs. Or just head to the kitchen and make your own!
Let’s crack and color hard-boiled eggs to create a fun effect that resembles reptilian eggs. Just be sure not to go after their treasure.
NO ADULT SUPERVISION REQUIRED
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 6 tsp (30 ml) vinegar
- Food coloring: red, green, blue, purple, orange and pink
- 6 cups
- Crack the outer shell of the eggs. Fill each cup halfway with water and add 1 teaspoon of vinegar and 4 drops of one food coloring to each cup. Stir well and add an egg to each cup.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Remove the eggs from the cups and peel. Check out the colorful crack lines around the outside of the boiled eggs! So cool!
