Jun Mendoza is an allergist and immunologist at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, and he’s a husband to Crystal and a father to the 2023 Gerber Baby, Madison. The Mendoza family are big foodies, and they had a goal for Maddie to try 100 foods before her first birthday. Maddie has already met that goal!
