The Nest Schools Expand Educational Footprint to Denver

Five Cadence Academy Preschools are now under the new ownership of Nest Schools, a privately-owned company that operates 45 schools nationwide. Nest Schools serves children between 6 weeks to 12 years old, and the five preschools that have changed ownership are in Broomfield, Centennial, Columbine, Ken Caryl, and Smoky Hill.

“The school will be equipped with state-of-the-art safety features, including keyless entry pads, panic buttons, and observance cameras,” states Nest Schools. “New outdoor classroom environments will be installed rich with plants and natural elements, exciting play themes, and physical challenges to entice children to engage with nature.”

Nest Schools believes in a play-based curriculum that looks at the whole child’s development, including social, emotional, intellectual, and physical. There will even be an app that parents can use that will send real-time updates and pictures so they can keep up with their child’s day.

“Everything we do, every decision we make, is intended to create an innovative model of high-quality early childhood education for the children and families we serve,” says Kari Thibodeau, the Regional Director of Nest Schools. “We are excited to be in the Denver community and look forward to becoming active participants in shaping the future of its youth.”
